Getting Started
50% of the rental amount is required at time of booking to hold the reservation.
Remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival date.
If reservation is made 60 days or less before arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
Security Deposit
We collect a $1000 refundable security deposit for all stays.
Optional Pool Heat
$65 Per Day Plus Tax Optional Pool Heat Fee (Available November - April)
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled 60 days before arrival will receive a 95% refund.
Bookings canceled within 60 days of arrival will not receive a refund.
Travel Insurance
A travel insurance policy can be purchased at checkout.
Hurricane Policy
In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued by a Governmental Agency, refunds will be given by prorating your rent for the nights remaining of your stay. Refunds will not be given for voluntary evacuations or non-mandatory evacuations. We highly recommend travel insurance.
If you book a stay and have opted not to purchase travel insurance and have a hurricane cancel your stay or have travel restrictions because of damage from a hurricane and you have not purchased travel insurance, we cannot refund your money.
Rental Age
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. They must occupy the rental for the entire length of the stay unless other arrangements have been made with the owners. Photo ID will be required. No chaperoned groups allowed.
Check In/Out Times
Please understand our cleaning team has a limited time to prepare this unit for the next guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. CST
Check-out time is 10:00 AM CST
Damage Policy
$69 Damage Insurance
If any damage does occur, guests should notify the owners immediately so appropriate corrective action can be taken. Damages discovered after guest departure will also be documented and brought to guests' attention.
Occupancy
Occupancy is limited to a total of 10 guests, 8 adults max.

$375 Cleaning Fee
7% Florida Sales Tax
5% Bay County Bed Tax
